My fees are kept affordable at $180 for a 50-minute session to ensure therapy is accessible to everyone

I am a Processwork psychotherapist supporting individuals and families through grief, trauma, and major life transitions, including end-of-life and palliative care. With a compassionate, grounded approach, I help clients explore the emotional and spiritual dimensions of change, meeting each person exactly where they are.

Drawing from Process-Oriented Psychology, I work with the wisdom in symptoms, dreams, and relationship dynamics, helping clients find meaning, resilience, and deeper self-understanding. I also integrate art therapy to offer a creative pathway into feelings that may be difficult to express.

Grief and bereavement

General Counselling

General counselling offers a supportive space to talk through personal challenges, gain clarity, and develop coping skills. It helps people explore emotions, improve wellbeing, and navigate everyday stresses with greater understanding and confidence.

Art-based therapeutic processes

Art-based therapeutic processes use creative expression—such as drawing, painting, or movement—to explore emotions and experiences that may be hard to put into words. They offer a safe, intuitive way to access insight, release feelings, and support healing.
